These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Meal2Heal website, mobile platforms, services, and meal plan subscriptions across the United Arab Emirates. By placing an order or subscribing to any Meal2Heal service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
For the purpose of these Terms, “You” or “Client” refers to any individual or legal entity accessing our website or purchasing our services. “We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to Meal2Heal, its operations, and authorised partners.
GENERAL TERMS
By subscribing to Meal2Heal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. Meal2Heal reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice to comply with operational, regulatory, or legal requirements. Updated Terms will be published on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
ORDERING & RESPONSIBILITY
When placing an order through our website, WhatsApp, chat support, or payment links, you are responsible for reviewing and confirming all details including:
- Selected meal plan
- Meal preferences
- Allergies or dietary restrictions
- Delivery address and location
- Delivery dates and time slots
Meal2Heal reserves the right to accept or reject any order due to product availability, pricing errors, incorrect information, or operational constraints.
Images displayed on the Meal2Heal website are for illustrative purposes only. Actual meals may vary slightly in presentation, packaging, or portioning. While we aim for consistency, we do not guarantee exact visual replication.
SUBSCRIPTIONS, PRICING & PAYMENT
Meal2Heal offers daily, weekly, and monthly meal plan subscriptions.
- A week consists of up to 6 delivery days
- A month consists of up to 24 delivery days
Pricing depends on:
- Selected meal plan
- Number of meals per day
- Subscription duration
All subscriptions require advance payment for processing and scheduling.
MEAL CUSTOMISATION & WELLNESS MANAGER SUPPORT
Meal customisation (including dish swaps, protein choices, dairy-free options, PCOS or diabetic-friendly preferences) is managed exclusively through your assigned Wellness Manager.
Clients are encouraged to communicate their preferences clearly and within the designated cut-off timelines. Late or missed selections may result in default meals being assigned, which may not account for allergens or preferences.
PLAN CHANGES, PAUSE & RENEWAL
Clients may request changes to:
- Meal selections
- Delivery address
- Plan pause or renewal
All changes must be communicated at least 48 working hours (2 business days) in advance via official Meal2Heal channels. Requests made after the cut-off time cannot be guaranteed.
MEAL PLAN VALIDITY
All meal plans are valid for 30 days from the first delivery date.
Plans may be paused and resumed multiple times within this period.
Unused days beyond the validity period will be forfeited without refund.
PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
- Payments are accepted via online card payments only
- Full payment must be received 48 working hours before delivery
- Orders will not be dispatched if payment is incomplete or declined
Refund Policy
- Discounted plans are strictly non-refundable
- Full-price plans cancelled early incur a 20% cancellation fee on remaining days
- Refunds are processed only after return of insulated bags and ice packs
- All refunds are credited to the original bank account only
DELIVERY SCHEDULES
Meal2Heal delivers six days a week across Dubai and the UAE, including high-demand areas such as:
Dubai Marina, JLT, JBR, JVC, DIFC, Business Bay, Dubai Hills, Silicon Oasis, The Springs, Arabian Ranches, and surrounding communities.
Delivery times are estimated windows, not guaranteed exact times. Meal2Heal is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, incorrect address details, or events beyond our control.
INSULATED BAGS & FOOD SAFETY
Meals are delivered in insulated bags with ice packs. A refundable deposit of AED 100 applies per subscription.
Clients must:
- Refrigerate meals within 1 hour of delivery
- Consume meals within 24 hours
- Return empty insulated bags on the next delivery
Failure to return bags or ice packs may result in deductions.
HEALTH & RESULTS DISCLAIMER
Meal2Heal does not guarantee weight loss, muscle gain, or health outcomes. Results vary based on individual lifestyle, genetics, activity, and health conditions.
Meal2Heal does not provide medical advice. Clients should consult their physician before starting any meal plan, especially if managing medical conditions.
ALLERGIES & FOOD SAFETY
Meal2Heal is not an allergy-free kitchen. Our facility handles common allergens including dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, soy, shellfish, fish, and sesame. Cross-contamination may occur.
Clients are responsible for declaring allergies. Meal2Heal is not liable for reactions arising from undeclared or unknown sensitivities.
PRIVACY & INTELLECTUAL PROP
Meal2Heal does not store or sell customer payment data. All content, branding, images, nutritional data, and intellectual property belong exclusively to Meal2Heal and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
